What this covers
This policy describes how mySupplyChain.ai ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website, mysupplychain.ai. The mySupplyChain.ai application itself is governed by the agreements customers enter into when they subscribe.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the demo-request or contact form, we collect your name, work email, and any optional details you include (company, preferred times, and your message).
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule the walkthrough or conversation you asked for.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your message.
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
We do not sell your information, and we don't use form submissions for marketing lists you didn't ask to join.
Who we share it with
Form submissions and site data are processed by the service providers that run our infrastructure: Microsoft Azure (hosting and email delivery), Google Analytics (site usage), and our internal task-tracking system used to follow up on inquiries. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our business communications, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
- You can browse the site without submitting any form.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted by emailing info@mysupplychain.ai.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date.
